All products purchased through OCparts.com are backed by our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Special order items, or products custom made per order (including custom fit seat covers, dash covers, vehicle covers, floor mats, etc.) are non-returnable. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be received within 30 days after the shipment date. All products must be undamaged and in new condition in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. Please email us at info@ocparts.com, and include your order number and the item that you wish to return to receive a return authorization number. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned wood or synthetic dash kits, unless there is a defect in the product due to manufacturing. Some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee between 10% - 15% if the returned item has to be repackaged to be sold, you will be notified before any restocking fees are applied.
We inspect each product before it is shipped to make sure that there is no damage before it leaves the warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the shipping company. Please inspect all items when received to confirm that there is no hidden shipping damage.
